One of the major causes of hair fall is stress. Having a lot of stress stretches the scalp. This tension in the skin turns it weak. The scalp is unable to grip tightly to the roots of the hair and hence hair fall occurs. To avoid this, lead a stress-free life. This will not only save your hair but will also make your life more pleasant.
A lot of care
It is important to wash your hair daily. Like the rest of your body, your scalp is also prone to infections due to bacteria. Also, a clean scalp promotes hair growth more than a dirty scalp. So take note to wash your hair thoroughly every day. After all, clean hair is next to god hair.
